Our family loves mutton and lamb soup so much that one day, Jendral asked if I could dehydrate ginger and shallots to create a powdered spice for her soup blend. And that’s how it all began. The spiciest in our range, with black pepper as the star and ginger as its perfect partner. Despite its heat, this spice can be balanced to create a comforting, soul-warming soup that’ll soothe your tummy with every sip.
